Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder (60 grams)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (100 grams)
  • 2 tsps Corn flour
  • Salt - a pinch
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients – In a saucepan, combine cocoa powder, corn flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until evenly blended.
  • Add milk – Slowly pour in the milk, whisking continuously to avoid lumps and create a smooth mixture.

  • Add butter – Once the mixture begins to thicken, add the butter and whisk until fully melted.
